This substantial property stands in a favoured central position close the water's edge. Tide House, over three floors, with two balconies, does not include the Garden Flat. The flat, which can be rented separately or together with the house, has French doors onto the patio. Both have spectacular harbour views. Steps lead down to private water access and the Yacht Club. Beaches and ferries are nearby, as are excellent shops, restaurants and pubs. The principal rooms have balconies. Fowey is renowned for sailing, fishing, coastline walking, it's Literary Festival and Regatta. Central for discovering Cornwall, the Eden Project is just 6 miles away and there are several other notable gardens in the vicinity. Three golf courses are within easy reach.
