It shares over 3 acres of tranquil riverside gardens, with terraces and a wildlife pond, peaceful places to sit and stroll along a peaceful old railway line.
It is an ideal base, centrally located, from which to visit the gardens of Cornwall and for coastal walks - most parts of the county can be reached in 30-45 minutes by car. The cathedral city of Truro is 8 miles, the award winning Eden Project just 25 minutes and the new National Maritime Museum at Falmouth is about 20 miles.
