Joan's Cottage offers two double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite), one twin bedroom and one bunk bedroom, suitable for children only. Bathroom includes corner bath and separate shower. Ensuite includes corner bath, separate shower and two wash basins. Lounge, separate kithen & diner. Large outdoor patio area and BBQ to front of cottage, with views out to sea and over the village.
Joan's Cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Polperro, Cornwall. It is one of the most historic fishing villages in England and still remains an active fishing port. Polperro is situated 26 miles south of Plymouth, on the S.E coast of Cornwall, centrally located to explore the rest of the county. The village offers entertainment throughout the year, including various festivals and live music. There are also many fantastic walks along the coastal paths.
Joans cottage is a beautifully presented property, parts of which are over 300 years old. It has been totally renovated to a high standard, sleeping eight comfortably. Due to its elevated position, the views from the cottage are spectacular with views over the village, harbour and out to sea.
