Nestling in the centre of Truro overlooking the city and cathedral, the property also has a private secluded garden. It is easy to access by car, rail (on the main line from Bristol and London), by air (20 minutes from Newquay Airport) and National bus services.
Truro has an enviable reputation as a city with many facilities and fine Georgian buildings but also the feeling of a small town. Pubs, wine bars, restaurants and good shopping are all within a few minutes walk and its central location is ideal for beaches on the North coast, rivers beaches and gardens on the South Coast. A short walk into town is the ferry to Falmouth and St Mawes in season. The Eden Project, St Ives, Padstow and the Maritime Museum at Falmouth are a short drive away.
